We provide a high level of staffing and services which is unusual in many retirement developments – most importantly a member of staff is here 24 hours a day.

We have a Manager who works three days per week. She supervises the team of House Managers, one of whom is in the Court day and night.

Our handyman is available one day a week to assist with maintenance issues in the Court and apartments. His services are available to Owners on a modest time charge basis.

Apartments are cleaned weekly, the cost of which is included in the Service Charge. In addition, there is a laundry and ironing service if required and, by arrangement, staff will undertake additional domestic services such as shopping or extra cleaning and these services are paid for on a time charge basis.

To make life even easier we have visiting chiropodists and hairdressers. Our local pharmacists provide a free prescription collection and delivery service which is very much appreciated.

All the local supermarkets will deliver to Court so all your grocery shopping can be done online.
